- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
- providing with access to library collections of universities and other institutions with research libraries, based on point (e) of Article 6(1) GDPR
- the legitimate interests of the joint controllers, such as pursuing claims, based on point (e) and (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR.
- The joint controllers will process the following data: name, surname, PESEL number, email.
- The provision of personal data is voluntary yet necessary for the achievement of the purpose for which they have been collected.
- Your personal data will be made available to the entities authorized by the law.
- The joint controllers do not plan to transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
- Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
- You have the right to access your personal data, the right to correct, request to delete, limit processing or object to processing of your data.
- Due to the fact that personal data processing is not based on consent, you have not the right to transfer your data.
- Your personal data will be processed for the period of using SWW and for the period required by the provisions of law or for securing possible claims.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – President of the Office for Personal Data Protection [Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych], in case you consider that the processing of your data violates data protection rules.
