Settlements with BUW
Annual settlements for UW students at the Circulation Desk
The Circulation Desk handles annual settlements through USOSWeb platform or in a paper form. To obtain an annual settlement the reader must settle their library account (no overdue books and no outstanding fees).
End-of-studies settlement with BUW
Settlement is performed by the deanery of each academic unit, either electronically through USOSWeb platform or on paper by issuing a circulation sheet.
Perfoming an electronic settlement may take up to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). A circulation sheet in a paper form is issued instantly at the Circulation Desk of BUW during its opening times.
To receive a settlement, the reader must settle their library account (no overdue items and no outstanding fees). The obligation to settle accounts with BUW applies also to UW students who did not use the University of Warsaw Library.
Settlement with BUW of UW Employees
UW Employees receive their settlement on paper in the form of a circulation sheet issued at the Circulation Desk during its opening times. To receive a settlement, the reader must settle their library account (no overdue items and no outstanding fees).
Settlement of BiblioWawa Users
The settlement is not provided in real time but performed via an online application. Logging to the settlement system is performed by providing the login and password established at registration to BiblioWawa. If you have any problem with logging, please report it to your home library.
