Complaints about loans or service, reporting lost items

Requests and Complaints Office at BUW responds to complaints and requests regarding the availability of collections and user service, complaints about loans, entries of lost and damaged books, matters regarding the accounts of members of the UW Alumni Club and deposit accounts.

The office is located on level 1 in room 143a (go up the stairs, past columns with philosophers and turn right, past the Information Desk).
Matters regarding lost or damaged books, UW Alumni Club member’s accounts and deposit accounts are resolved within 14 days, whereas complaints about loans, claims and requests within 30 days.
